Most orders are shipped the same day as they received.  Orders will be processed on the next business day if placed on the weekend, holiday, or after 3 P.M. CST.  Please allow 2-7 business days for UPS ground from the date of shipment.

Tracking your order with Clark Baits, Inc. is easy.  Placing your order via Paypal guarantees you can view the status of your order at any time.  Simply login to your Paypal account and Click the "Order Tracking" link on your account homepage.

DELIVERY TO U.S. ADDRESSES
Prompt, dependable, low-cost ground delivery makes UPS Ground an excellent choice shipping our products.  Clark Baits, Inc. ships to the 48 contiguous states of the U.S.   Please note that WE CANNOT ship to PO Boxes with UPS shipping services.  All refunds are subject to UPS service policies.  Refunds will only be made to customer after UPS has credited Clark Baits, Inc. for the shipment in question.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this moment, Clark Baits, Inc. is currently unable to calculate shipping charges abroad.  When placing an order from an address outside the 50 states and US territories, you will be contacted with the actual shipping cost for your order.  You may at that time decide to fullfill or cancel your order.   Please check back with us regularly for additional shipping solutions as we are constantly striving to make our online store fit the needs of our customers.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order has been damaged or lost in shipment, please notify Clark Baits, Inc. immediately. In addition, you must report the damaged or lost shipment to UPS.  We will help you handle all the UPS paper work.  In most cases you will receive a new product within days of your report.

WRONG ADDRESSES
Wrong address given by the customer will be charged to the customer. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to applicable shipping and handling fees and will be charged to the customer in question.
